Beach Hop

In preparation for the coming weekend

So when I was at home yesterday for ANZAC day we went for a boost up town last night and it was honestly like stepping into another time.. every single car cruising and parked in the main st. in town was a Hot Rod.. They are all there for Beach Hop which is a hotrod fesitival I suppose you could call it that runs all weekend.. It offically kicked off today.. and I am heading back tommorrow evening to join in the festivites

[work commitments meant that i needed to be back at work today & tommorrow]

Foggy Fog..

So I headed off to spend ANZAC day at home with my brother at like 6:45am all good and well but it was crazy foggy for the first 45mins and then it sorta cleared but these photos kinda illustrate my point considering that this was when it was starting to clear out a bit..

It was a nice day of remeberance and drunkeness..

Sunny blue skys

So today is absolutely magic.. freezing this morning.. but not a cloud in the sky at the moment unlike the picture that was taken a few weeks ago while suffering a hangover lying on the grass watching the clouds. Honestly its a perfect friday apart from the fact that I am at work and there is nobody here to play with..

The weekend...

So... Jeremy and Renee had their farewells on the weekend.. and by 'farewells' i mean two really big nights on it with them.. above they are modelling the delightful t-shirts that I made with a can of spraypaint (& I might add are delightful 2-3 sizes to big and the smallest i could find..)

So I wish you good luck we will really miss you (I don't think my kidney and liver will) but never the less..Take care stay in touch and we will see you soon

Fire...

Black Out

So.. I had wicked looong weekend came back to work today.. after having a 5 day weekend
We had an interesting saturday evening with the power dropping out at about 7pm and not coming back on til sometime the next morning.. it was like we were all little again and we would get all excited when the power would go off so we could play cards as a family.. the funniest part was trying to boil the water on the bbq that was running out of gas so that our visitors could have a cup of tea..

Please would someone just hook up an intravenous coffee line into my arm please..
I honestly could do with like a solid week of sleeping to make me feel at least human.. or perhaps if I stay on this level I will turn into terribly funny sleep deprieved creature again..

I might just do that.. but please still hook me up with the coffee line
