Rant..

They actually are words to descride how angry I am feeling right now. My phone last weekend had a seizure, I wasn't recieving phonecalls not all the txt messages were getting through & the battery is pretty much cooked.. so I thought well now's a good time to upgrade to an iPhone.. sweet I am in credit $700 why not I'll use that to buy the handset.. sweet! NUP! they can't transfer that credit to pay for the phone.. ok I thought thats sweet I'll pull the coin together & go pay cash. Sweet. got the coin together went in the shop just now & you are on a 24 month contract you can't get out of for at least another 6 months then you will have to pay $169 to get out of the last 6months.. Hold on I didn't sign any contract & the dude that rung me last year told me it was just 12months
(I wouldn't have agreed to 24months beacuse I was looking at gapping it overseas).

So in short I need to pay $169 to get out of the contract now & get a new number, bearing in mind I have just had a whole lot of promotional material printed up with my existing number. Or wait 6months pay the $169 to change plans & may or may not be able to transfer my number! Argggggghhhh!
Ohhh wait it gets better then he goes it doesn't matter we don't have any iPhones in stock anyway..
WHAT THE FUCK!

I would like to point out that Vodafone NZ is the cellphone provider in NZ that supports or carries iphones otherwise I would be going elsewhere

Hump Day!

ITS HUMP-DAY!
I am over winter, bring on summer.. NOW!
My eye is just a bit bung today, I should totes put on an eyepatch on pretend to be a pirate.. now that would be kickass! Last night was pretty full on I finished work around 6pm, went home had a bath (our shower has been out of action since Friday night - hopefully it will be fixed tonight I am hanging out for a shower). I consulted with Mel about the building of a castle turrets out of boxes

Mel: There is a small child called Peter in my head

He taps the small box that is labeled "Brilliant Ideas" once in a while & if I've been good one pops out, Peter hands it to Molly (task master) & pops it into the computer for processing.. The whole process usually takes about 3 - 4 days
But if I've been really good they fast track ends up being about a day!

Happy Birfday Kat!

I have unfortunately been a little out of action for the last 4-5 days, but never fear I am on the mend the antibiotics are doing their job. My fingers are healing they still have their moments & don't bend properly but hey they are still attached :)

Its actually good to be back at work & as stupid as it sounds I am actually really looking forward to training on Friday.. its been almost 2 weeks.

Hump Day!

Its dress-up day in the office today - we have important people coming through the office so we need to look professional. always a treat!
I am SHATTERED TODAY! I woke up at 5 & left for work at 7am which is normal but with a kickass lot of tonsilitis [I am on antibiotics now & I have been told not to do any exercise for at least 10 days :(] I am going downhill rather quickly!
Coffee doesn't even seem to be hitting the sides or making a slight bit of difference.
I can't wait to finish work to go home & see my girly

This is probaly one of the worstest lots of tonsilitis I have had this year - bearing in mind this is like number 10! & I am going to go get me fingers x-rayed today, finally after 10 days of pain.. I actually think there maybe a fracture in it/them. I had a lovely weekend hanging around with my girly, had drinks on Friday night, went shopping & bumped into Horsey & Slaps on Saturday, then out for a birthday breakfast on Sunday & dangled about

Its geek tuesday! I am wearing my geek eyes today because I apparently am not getting a whole lotta sleep at the moment. Today I am designing a website for the ten billionth time & pretending to be intelligent (that part isn't going too well - then again neither is the pretending to look busy). I have just finished inhaling my banana & a coffee.. Tuesday you are turning out to be a good day.

Birthday treats

So since wednesday so much has happened! I turned another year older & managed to break 3 fingers on my left hand at netball, had a few beverages to celebrate (Mental note: painkillers + alcohol + no dinner = a very sore head the next day!)
I got taken on horse trek as a birthday surprise on Saturday it was awesome! Thank you Pete, Trina & Joey-Turtle you guys are soooo awesome!
We had a few drinks at mine saturday, let's just say it was a kickass night & actually stayed in bed til 4:45pm last night to go out to Vic & Lukes for roast then back home to bed..

Today is going to be one of those days..

I had one of those "you are soooo blonde moments" this morning! I was refuelling my car - as one does when it is nearly out of gas.

When I thought "wow this smells like petrol"
Well duh.. you are filling your car with petrol!
(The internal monologue was hilarious)
And right before that when I went into the servo to pay for my petrol the guy that served me smelt like a girl I use to know..
