Night Two of the Mural

There isn't really alot of really noticeable difference in the painting but its looking a lot cleaner and the depth is starting to become more evident. It was a 3am finish and then a 6am wakeup call so I could get to work on time.. The pressure is on to get it finished tonight for the opening tomorrow afternoon but after 6hrs of sleep in 56 hrs I am starting to hit the wall..

In this bottom photo is a full-size ladder.. thats how big it is! I started with a blank white wall after netball last night around 6:30pm and left at around 1:45ish am

A Pocketful of Mumbles

I am just a poor boy and my storys seldom told
Ive squandered my resistance for a pocketful of mumbles, such are promises

Work is crazy!
Friday night at the winery tour was fantastic good company, good music it was amazing. Anika Moa was awesome and busted out 'ten guitars' which didn't disappoint, Dave Dobbyn rocked the party which rocked the... um party..

Later we proceeded back into town to a gig at Ward lane, best described as dirty hardcore metal & the guy singing (screaming) sounded a little angry.. good gig none-the-less.

Body Clocks & Shiners

I have been awake since 4.30am (unintentionally, the alarm was set for 5.30am) this morning and been in at work since 6am. It is just over an hour since I got here & actually haven't started being mildly productive!

ps. I have war-wounds after indoor netball last night.. I have a bruised & slightly swollen eye - its not terribly notice-able

Unleashing the geek within

We went yesterday to learn about the upgrades & new features in CS4. I without knowing it unleashed the geek within, mental note:: don't bother trying to explain what you learnt & how awesome it is to mere pleebs because you sound like a complete twat because THEY REALLY WON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT.

A new way to think about creativity

Virtual (1:48am) Insanity

After drifting off to sleep at 11.30 last night I was rudely awoken by the stifling heat at 1.48am it was unbearable & I gave in and pushed my window open further, I was then awake until as 4am-ish aware that some crazy person could jump in my window & quite easily attack me OR the insects would attack me.

Anywhoo.. I am still alive and a little cooler although my eyes where red & puffy this morning I looked stoned.
I am back at work after a few days off, I am probs not completely right yet but I was going somewhat crazy at home on my own in this tropical heat, I was bored yesterday so I did some spraypainting & had a game of mini-putt.

This is insane!
