It smells like summer today

Its getting more & more summer-like & I like it!

I feel good.. I'm still a touch on the tired side but that is partly to do with the time of the year as well, every weekend for the next month or so is booked up. I move out to the farm in 9 days (putting it like that is terrifying!) I really need to start packing.

Long weekend

I had a magic long weekend/short week travelling around the country with my girl.
We stayed 2 nights at Wai-iti beach resort, our french doors opened out onto the beach it was incredible. We continued down the West coast for 6hrs to Wellington.

Hung out in the capital with John & Renee and Jeremy & Casey & my little sister. Ate, drunk & watched the Wellington Pheonix destroy Gold Coast 5-nil at the Caketin.

On the Moday we started our trip North again following the East Coast this time & 7hrs later we arrived at Mahia & our cute little bach.

It was an awesome relaxing weekend.. so much so I didn't want to come back to work

Holiday..

I have 4hrs 40mins til my long weekend starts & when I say long weekend I mean a 5 day weekend.
I'm excited & can't wait to just get away
& have time to relax with my girl.

Stuff

Things have been a little craxy the last few weeks which is why there has been a lack of posts on my part. A good friend of mine passed away almost 2 weeks ago after a courageous battle.
Don't worry Don I'll look after Sue :)

Saturday was a busy day.. Yonng Ruby turned 1, Adam & Kita had their combined 21st and me & pocket got an EPIC bout of food poisoning on Saturday night - today is thursday & I have only started eating again.. YUCK I don't think I'll ever eat Thai again.

Plastic Jesus

I don't care if it rains or freezes

Changes

Things are changing & I am bursting with feelings I am struggling to put them into words. I am listening to some live Jack Johnson its incredible & is making me happy to the core! Ohhh and the sun is out!
