I had some tickets donated to me yesterday (thank you joey) to the lovely Regina Spektor's gig last night.. Honestly it was INCREDIBLE! to say the very least..Only Son opened for her..this dude is awesome.. he played an incredible accoustic one-man set and the on the last song managed to break 2 guitar strings and improvised to finish his last quite spectular song.
Then it was the lovely Ms. Spektor's turn to wow the crowd.. she limped on stage with a walking stage and opened with a haunting ballad that filled the venue.. Mindblowing!
The highlight for me was totally Hotel Song accompanied by Only Son beatboxing.. AMAZING.. I am totally lost for words..
