I have pretty much got to the point of no-return on the exhaustion levels, I am relying on caffeine to keep me functioning..
A very good example of this is this morning I had a minor meltdown when I got to work after being at the gym and realising that my porridge is still at home..
NO BREAKFAST!
I just need to hang on til Thursday
